I’m Sonnet Simmons — keynote speaker, voice and presence mentor, performer, and entrepreneur.

I’ve sung at the Hollywood Bowl, Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Amway Center, and live on ABC. But the real work began when I realized: the voice that moves people isn’t about performance — it’s about presence.

A trained vocalist with a degree in Vocal Performance from UCLA, I’ve spent my life exploring how the human voice shapes connection, influence, and leadership. I’ve coached leaders, executives, and creatives across industries to communicate with clarity, confidence, and authority.

Through my Centerline Voice Method™, which combines performance, neuroscience, and practical voice training, I help people unlock their authentic speaking voice so they can earn trust, influence naturally, and create impact that lasts in every room they walk into.

But real presence comes when you allow your belly to expand on the inhale.

Think of it less like “pushing air into your stomach” and more like allowing space to open up inside you.
When your breath drops lower, your voice has something real to stand on—it’s supported, grounded, and naturally steady.

Do you end it like a question?

Do you rush or trail off?
